Shopping & Payment
When you are shopping at www.thecharliecollection.com and add an item to your cart, it is saved in your Shopping Cart. The Shopping Cart holds products you wish to purchase while you shop. Items you place in your Shopping Cart will remain there until you purchase them, or remove them. They will remain there even after you leave our site. However, those items placed in your Shopping Cart that go out of stock before you complete your purchase will automatically be removed from your Shopping Cart.

Shipping
www.thecharliecollection.com endeavors to ship purchases within 48 hours of receiving your order when possible. If items are out of stock or there is a problem with your order than a delay could occur.

Return Policy
Merchandise purchased at full retail price and returned within 30 days from the ship date on your invoice will be credited in the original tender (credit card), if accompanied by original invoice.
Merchandise purchased at sale price and returned within 10 days will be credited in the original tender or merchandise credit, if accompanied by original sales receipt. Price adjustments will be accepted within 7 days from the ship date. Price adjustments are accepted on items purchased at the full retail price only. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for further price adjustment. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return. The Charlie Collection offers children’s room interior design and elegant children’s furnishings to the discriminating parent. We here at Charlie’s have been designing and lovingly creating elegant children’s room designs for the past five years. Timothy Ann and John were expecting their first baby in 1998 when Timothy designed a gorgeous nursery. Since then, their company, as well as their family has grown. Timothy is the proud mother of 5 Boys ranging from ages 9 to four months old. The Charlie Collection has established itself as the world's first choice for fine children's furnishings, clothing and accessories plus children’s Interior room design. Our offerings include baby cribs in many styles such as: wood baby cribs, iron baby cribs, sleigh baby cribs, unique baby cribs, designer baby cribs, carved baby cribs, painted baby cribs, exclusive baby cribs and baby cradles. Additionally, we also handle an array of gorgeous baby changing tables and case goods including: carved baby changing tables, painted baby changing tables, and kid dressers, kid wardrobes, and kid chests. Most of our wooden baby cribs have available toddler bed conversion kits. We have kid twin beds, trundles and full beds. We have also designed coordinating accessories like kid book cases, girls book cases, boys book cases, girls desks, boys desks, kid computer desks and kid table and chairs to keep that Elegant look throughout your child's growing years.
